"Is this actually real leather?"
Top-grain cowhide — same grade as Prada, Gucci, Coach. We name it because we have nothing to hide.
"Will it peel like my last bag?"
No. Peeling happens when PU coating separates. Top-grain leather has no coating. It develops patina, not damage.
"Why is it more expensive?"
It lasts 10+ years, not 9 months. One CREMA bag costs less than replacing cheap bags over a decade. 30-day returns if you disagree.
"What if it doesn't fit my body type?"
Try it for 30 days. Exchanges are free — just email us. If you'd prefer store credit or a refund instead, a small restocking fee applies.
"How do I care for it?"
Wipe with damp cloth. Condition 2-3 times per year. Avoid prolonged sun. That's it.
"What's your return policy?"
